Hovering

The weather today has been as promised and rather damp and horrible. I did find a break in the rain to go and search out a blip. Just a quick walk in the local park. Nothing to inspiring but did spot some hoverflies enjoying a break in the rain as well. I managed this shot against a lovely flower .
Blip sorted and it was back home before the next band of rain.
I was hoping for an enjoyable afternoon of sport but the rain rescued Australia in the cricket no play possible. We settled down to watch the 2nd semi-final of the challenge cup Rugby League Wigan V Hull KR. Sadly not the result we wanted after a stupid red card for a Wigan player we ended up getting beat in golden point extra time with Hull KR scoring a long range drop goal to kill off dreams of a Wembley visit.
A relaxed evening watching some Darts the world Matchplay final and then some general TV viewing
