Astronomy Picture of the Year

To celebrate my daughter’s birthday we booked tickets to the Astronomy Photographer of the Year, the Royal Museum Greenwich. It was held in the Photography Gallery National Maritime Museum. We took a friend with us and we went by the Uber Clipper Ferry from Embankment Pier to Greenwich Pier. We went early to look around Greenwich and have lunch before we went. Extras are some category winning pictures from the event and the overall winner. I hope you enjoy them. The ferry on the Thames and the National Maritime Buildings which are part Greenwich University .
It rained most of the day but we were mostly indoors.
