The Big and the Small

The smallest little hummingbird found a perch in the Honeysuckle and the Flicker (extra photo) visited the suet. The bird feeder with the suet was quite close to where the hummingbird sat. I have given up attempting to get one of the hummingbirds at a flower; they seem to fly too fast or get chased away too quickly for me to get a good shot. There are at least three hummingbirds chasing each other away at the flowers; they would be so much better off if they would simply get along and share.

Today was perfect as far as weather was concerned. 70F is perfect for me...sun and a light breeze.
