Raindrops on camellia.

Been busy taking advantage of the Other Half's( PJ) offer of cutting down the greenery/trees behind the house, so the sun can come through. Saturday we were going to go to golf, but he was busy with the chainsaw, so I didn't stop him. Sunday morning we were ready to start when a neighbour called him on the cellphone to bring the rifle, as his dogs had a pig bailed up & he was up a tree!! Luckily he wasn't too far from a road that PJ could get his ute along. The dogs came to see what the noise of the ute was, and the pig took off. All three dogs rather sorry for themselves with a few gashes.
After that PJ, backed the ute up behind the house, and as he got out, his back went!! Has had a lot of trouble with his back over the years, so nothing much got done after that, except for getting a massage which has helped.
Being a bloke (sorry guys!) he is even taking panadol without me telling him, and as my daughter said, "It must be sore, for him to take anything!"
So, not being one to sit around, he loaded up the ute yesterday with all the rubbish that needed going out to the dump (2 hours away), and has set out this morning to get rid of that, and get a WOF for the ute.
I spent yesterday cleaning windows & cleaning out the pantry, getting ready for our house-sitter who will be here while we are away in Australia.
Since getting the new laptop, I have spent considerable time, getting my favourite programes to work! Ha! Not compatible with Windows 8.......still working on that.
After getting in the firewood yesterday, I passed this camellia which was hanging over the edge of the driveway. Seems to have come to life after having all the other trees cleared from around it.
