Colourful plate

I don't cook as much as I used to but when I do I have a few favourites that I like to do really well. I have been making this quiche for years and was pleased with my effort. The sun was shining and although at home in Edinburgh there was a bit of a holiday vibe.
Fired up by my indoors picnic theme I added a home made potato salad, bean salad and fancied up the best root. I was on a roll You can almost feel the vitamins !
