Such fun

On our walk this morning stall holders were setting up at the fair, it was drizzling. We went along a few times to see some of the programmed events and look around the stalls. We got very wet every time. People were smiling, children laughing and the dodgems had a queue every time we walked past. The music is still going. The rain has been heavy at times but not deterred the fun.
Such a brilliant atmosphere in the village.
Took lots of photos but my favourite was the joy of the two girls on the dodgems as they crashed into the barrier. I was laughing with them.
Lots of people walking past our windows so Hetty has had a busy day.
Had a lovely email from the book company that sent the lost parcel saying they are sending another copy and will take it up with Royal Mail, what good service that is and will definitely use them again.
Brilliant week and sadly home tomorrow, although looking forward to seeing daughter and grandson.
