Redundant Cocktails

Until last month I worked a second job at a well known pharmacy who shares a name with a bank. It had been my main job until September last year when I left for my current role. I loved working there and it was the best job I’ve ever had. That’s why I stayed on to cover illness and holidays.

However, they closed the pharmacy last month. They’ve treated us really badly, especially when you consider that during Covid we were basically a GP surgery and dentist.

I started there the week I split from my husband and they got me through it despite not knowing me. They really are friends for life and have been there in my darkest times.

Today we went cocktail making as our goodbye do. It was great fun but I’m rather tipsy now!
