Alp Arpiglia

Rain stopped and the clouds lifted by midday. So we did an afternoon hike from Zuoz Resgia up to the Alp Arpiglia. The 500m altitude ascent was all in the forest (mostly larches) and besides the water stream. The route back was in the gravel road for the forest workers.

We were the only guests up there and had it all to ourselves. Of course, the classic blue berry tarte with a bit of whipped cream and a coffee in the glass with a bit of extra in it to righten it up.

The view is towards Zuoz and Piz Kesch on the other side.
