Peony

I'm having a bit of fun with my sony dslr as it's not been getting much love lately.
I've put the 50mm prime lens on it and been having a play yesterday and today. I forgot how awesome this lens is, especially for macro photos. I got some cool pics of my weaving, and also some more of flowers in the garden. This one won for the blip as I love the droplets on the petals.
I just bought a minolta zoom lens on ebay last night so really looking forward to that coming to see how that works.
Not much been happening apart from the usual stuff. Got some more birthday stuff, including a set of V & A mini books from Rob. I love my pattern books.
