Digging for dinner

Finally caught up after back blipping the last few days. First day back at work wasn't too bad and I managed to leave early enough to enjoy some sun in the back garden. The birds joined me, looking for grubs. This was the best I could get, they seem to know when I'm taking a picture and fly away just before I click!

I've decided that this month I'm going to get fit. I started by going for a run this evening. It nearly killed me but I'm glad I did it. Let's hope I can keep it up for a bit!
