My Cutie Behind a Cub

We left at 8 a.m. this morning and drove 120 miles to go to a tractor show. A tractor show...HA! I'VE BEEN TO A TRACTOR SHOW! A show with thousands of tractors. Todays show featured maybe 40-50 tractors. It was the 1st day, so maybe there will be more machines on the weekend.

It costs us each 5 dollars to get in, and on the way out I stopped and asked for one of the 5 dollar bills back. (Not really.)

On the plus side, they were operating a small sawmill, so after asking, I was able to load the back end of my van with several pieces of wood that were 3-10 feet long that I hope to paint on.

On the way up, I ordered a special pie from Rosie's Pies. Under the streusel top of the pie is cherries, blueberries, and peaches.

I'm heading upstairs to serve it right now. Ala-mode.
