Ready For Your Close-Up Babes? :)

Mishka is a very good dog in many respects but I can't let her off the lead on the nursery as her hunting instinct is so strong. Not surprising considering she was one of a pack of dogs from a puppy farm dumped in Epping Forest to fend for themselves. I've been struggling to use my beloved 100mm Canon lens on the R5 with an adapter and hold her lead at the same time. It won't focus closely without manual input.

I decided to treat myself to the Canon RF 100mm macro which I can operate with one hand. An Essex skipper butterfly obliged. Delighted that the brown argus in extras showed up again. My montage also includes a long hoverfly on clary and a meadow grasshopper on yarrow.
