Minimalist

While parked on the deck with my camera I became intrigued with the outline of a few tall grasses against a building off in the distance. Without butterflies or dragonflies to distract me, I snapped off a few photos to look at later. I’m reminded of a Japanese Ink Painting or Sketch. I hope you like it • Using our battery operated push mower, I cut the grass around the garden, did some deadheading and watered a few plants • MrsP pulled up a scallion to check on the size of the bulb. It smelled divine and we’ll eat it tonight. The ones growing in the bag are much larger than the ones in the ground. The leeks are undersized too, they should be 3x their size. Oh, well, fingers crossed for a sunny August! • Looking forward to watching the US Women’s Soccer Team compete in their first World Cup Match tonight • Hey, it’s Friday! Happy Weekend, Everyone!
