A lovely day.
Met some old friends for a quick coffee and chinwag before heading to the pool for a bit of exercise  - followed by more chattering!
After lunch I had a call from an old CC friend so headed off to sit in her garden, admire the birds who were very busy on the feeders, enjoyed the flowers and a cup of tea.
Home again and a WhatsApp chat with big sister in South Africa - our weekly G&T together - she's freezing apparently! Europe on the other hand is hot!
Had a call from Terri who'd gone to Windsor for a fun weekend - she'd had a horrendous journey and was grateful to get to her hotel and enjoy a G&T as well!  Well, it is the day schools break up so probably to be expected....
