Gym'll Fix It!

Well I weighed in today at the start of my transformation and it wasn't good :(

124.90 Kilos (or 9st 8lbs)

Breakfast was Shredded Wheat with Pineapple pieces, lunch was Ham and Eggs (poached) and evening meal was steamed chicken breast, mushroom cous-cous and sweetcorn.

Drinks for the day are mainly tea or Sugar Free squash.

I spen an hour-and-a-half at the Gym going from the recumbent cycle machine to cross-trainer, then various weights, running machine (a paltry 0.5km), back to cycling and finished with rowing (1500m).

Tomorrow I'll be working the abs!
