Carn de pebrot xoricer

These little pots of pepper paste are amazing. Rammed full of flavour, I was so anxious to use everything, I rinsed it out with balsamic vinegar to add to the lentils. Optional bacon.
Lettuce, egg, tuna, lemon and feta. Now I’m hungry, can’t eat during the day..
