Urban Fitness

We had to pick up my new meds this afternoon so decided to pop over to The Pump Room in Gheluvelt Park for a coffee afterwards 

I made the mistake of looking up the drug on t'net, scaring myself silly over all the horrendous possible side effects.  Still, we'll see.

The car park for the cafe is just across the road next door to what I think is a gymnasium,  Urban Fitness.  As we walked past I spotted the pile of bikes on their roof, maybe it's a test of fitness - how far can you toss your bicycle? 

One for Silly Saturday,  except it's Thursday *sigh".
