Y Graig

TUESDAY

I headed out on a run and found myself climbing the steep escarpment of the nearby  Y Graig nature reserve. From the top there are breathtaking views over the Vale of Clwyd. As I was taking this photograph, I felt spots of rain and just managed to get home before the heavens opened.

A trip to Prestatyn this afternoon to collect and order from M&S with a late lunch and then an impromptu visit to the cinema to see Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning.

It was 8 pm by the time we arrived home.

Just over 3.5 km in 25 mins with a climb of 87m.
