Family time

Today is my birthday so we have enjoyed some family time. It has been a great day weather wise so it was off to the beach this morning for a saunter and some ice cream before heading back to enjoy some sunshine in the back garden.

When displaying my cards it occurred to me that I have been a son, a brother and a grandson all of my life, a husband a son in law and a brother in law for a few years but this is my first birthday as a daddy! If I can do half as good a job as my dad has done for me I will be extremely happy!
