Rachel has got downstairs for the first time since January thanks to this amazing £10k piece of equipment worthy of Alton Towers

Gallows humour followed steering away from the awfulness of needing a chair way to heaven at 53, so we had dance off with appropriate tunes. Hence I rised two stories to The Only Way is Up Yazz circa 1985 and the downward to Alphabet Street, Prince circa 1988. Twas both funny and surreal

Much better to see her downstairs and in her more natural terrain of the kitchen where had birthday cake to celebrate her twins 17th birthday yesterday. Lots of natter and chatter about many random topics with both her husband and dad contributing.so made for a most excellent afternoon .
