Emergency

A busy day.. not a good day to wake up late but grateful for the extra rest clearly! An hour zoom meeting and then a fruit tree specialist came to take a look at our rather sad plum and two apple trees. She pruned them and tried to help the plum along although she is as worried about it as I am.. really it is not a very happy tree. 
then my daughter texted to ask me to wrap up her two man tent and sleeping bag for her and that she would organise a pick up. She needs it this weekend so now I am pleased I hung on to the strong cardboard that the shower glass had been packed in.. It used a lot of tape to hold it together and some strong arms and four hands to achieve the package!!  Just hope it doesn't burst open and that it arrives in good time!!!
This afternoon was a dentist check up and clean.. all done with another appointment to come.. oops
Semi final of sewing bee tonight.. I am so impressed what they make in such relatively short times.. 5 hours and a trench coat??  might take me 5 years!!
