Wednesday

Today I  have felt the world has been far away. Spent the morning pottering (washing, hoovering, dusting, jigsaw, dishes, watering plants)  in silence and waiting for my mattress to be delivered. 

Then walked to Starbank Park where I haven't been for ages and read in peace, silence, with only the birds and the bees around me. 

Looking forward to using my new mattress tonight.
