Up Around the Bend

My internal dialogue went something like this-

“Hill (gasp) too (pant) steep (wheeze), must abandon (gasp) bike (puff puff)!

I’m kidding. I went to the lowest part of the Point and was forced to climb to get anywhere else. While steeper than it looks, this hill is just a long steady grade that continues for another half kilometer up around the bend. It was a challenge, but I made it…without walking (wheeze!)

Coincidentally, and I am not kidding, ‘Up Around the Bend’ by CCR was playing on my AirPod when I took this Blip.

One thing is for sure, if there ever was a Tsunami, and I had to peddle up this hill, I would be in serious trouble.
