The Joy Of Books

Being the last week of the school year, today has been our last Tuesday sleepover with Sophie until September. She got a glowing end-of-year report yesterday so we bought her a few more in Sue Bentley’s Magic Ponies book series which we’ve been reading with her lately as a reward for all her hard work. (She’s mad about horses!)

As you can see, she was very pleased with them.

Another good round of golf this morning saw my handicap go down by one.
