Coffee withdrawal

I was really running crazy this morning as I was late, then cleaners were expected and all of a sudden the water taps were spitting at me with uglies brown water.
I postponed the cleaners - then the water came back and I could shower ... I made it just in time into the coaching call and I had a 121 with Lisa and we were going through my offer until my brain froze ....
Loads of insights but I had no energy left to continue working on it.

I went out to get to the post - grabbed a coffee at the singing girls and shopped some food at Waitrose.

Back home now and needing to finish prepping for tomorrows shoot with Morag in Falkirk.
