Fields of Gold

The wheat has already been cut, down the valley from us, making a patchwork of green and gold. And a thank you to all who liked the mono mountain and clouds yesterday.

A short walk and a swim today, my knee still feels OK so I am hopeful that the drainage has been successful. Otherwise a couple of stressful meetings about the solar panels. We are now hoping for a storm to clear the hot air but the clouds are currently acting as a lid on the heat, not comfortable for cats!
