Horn Dancing

I wonderful trip up to the Midlands was given a fantastically old and traditional element by the Abbots Bromley Horn Dancers, dancing for the first time ever on a Sunday (they normally only dance once a year on the 1st Monday, after the 1st Sunday, after the 4th September!) They use reindeer antlers which have been carbon dated to over 1000 years old.

The highlight was sitting in the sun with all the Aunties and Uncles chatting and eating (a lot) :-P
