Al-fresco art

This morning I had a call with a work colleague then helped Mrs S move all the furniture back into our bedroom after the carpet had been fitted.

Then, while Ruby headed to Uddingston, me and Ossian went for an adventure. Once the orthodontist was ticked off we went to the graveyard at Inveresk, then Carberry Tower, followed by a walk through woods to the location where Mary Queen of Scots surrendered, then onto the Ormiston railway allotments before another foiled look for the Ormiston Yew, and then a look at the three totems on the old railway walk (blipped) and rounded off with a visit to the new herbalist emporium in East Saltoun.

After that excitement, it was time to meet Ruby and make it home for roast cod and tomatoes.
