Wyndoms Pond

I took my sisters dog Albie for a lovely walk at lunch time around Wyndoms Pond and noticed the lovely reflection on the water.  Albie wanted to get in and swim but the water is actually not very clean and there is often blue green algae so I didn't risk it.

Meditation session this afternoon but instead of meditation we did some breathing exercises instead which was interesting.  I have a lot to learn about that and am keen to learn more.
