Breakfast

I managed to get out early with my macro kit before the wind became too intrusive but was about to give up when I came across these Spined Soldier Bugs Spiked Shieldbugs (thank you Chamaeleo!) tucking in to a hearty breakfast. Obviously this one's better viewed large and there's a slightly wider view as an extra.

I'm a bit behind on comments and will attempt to catch up, but I know how these things often go once I've let things slip.
