Frosty morning

This 8.00am photo across the city shows the low cloud and mist, which is always present when there is a frost. When the photo was taken, the city was at 2 degrees. Luckily we were experiencing a relatively warm 9 degrees  200m above see level. Christchurch suffers from temperature inversion layers in winter however it always clears to a lovely sunny day.
