Fat man on a bicycle

Today is the first time I have cycle commuted since October last year.
For the first part of this year I have been working in another city and it was not possible to ride during that time. Also living on expenses I put on 4 kilos which I must now shift.

I had hoped to blip a shot of the magnificent view of Glasgow and the Clyde valley which I get when riding on NCR 756 on a clear day. Today was not a clear day, so this is a shot of my bicycle. As Melanie said of her roller skates, "I don't go to fast, but I go pretty far". Just over 11 miles in fact which equates to 760 calories burnt.
