Maultaschen

Maultaschen (spinach and cheese in pasta).

This is a Swabian specialty and was good. Today we had a pleasant cruise down the middle Rhine with it's castles every few feet, a tour of one castle (Marksburg), and a
post-dinner walk around Koblenz.
