Rosie’s first blackberry of the season

She loves a nice blackberry on her walk, it was perhaps a little under ripe (the one on the right) but she enjoyed it nonetheless. Magnificently full hedgerows at the moment, just beautiful.

A day of jobs- cooking, laundry, very satisfyingly (on multiple levels) adjusting shorts that were too big for me. Then a good couple of hours of tennis before last swimming lesson of the season. Lots of fun end of term stuff, my group got 9/10 for our arrow formation! I’ll be back in September.

Home for Tour de France and to find out the tennis result. Missed a big one there!
