A bit of history

Ye Olde fighting Cocks a public house in St Albans is deemed to be the oldest pub in England dating back 793 but it lacks authentication but The Guinness book of Record excepts it was built in the 1100's.
A few pubs in England claim this title with Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem claiming to be the eldest but lacks authentication it is also built into the cliffs of Nottingham Castle so maybe Robin Hood frequented it?

The wind of yesterday has dropped and a comfortable pleasant day today.
