Marathon number 3

.....And apparently the hardest too.
This marathon experience was totally different for me - as a spectator. Toronto has a better concept of marketing and money making in terms of marathons than Dubai. The "pace bunnies" were interesting, and the lack of elite athletes also. It was pretty much a white-Canadian race in fact. However, it was easy to get around the route by car, the expo the day before was cool, and the bibs were much better and even had people's names right on them.
I enjoyed it, and Gareth ran his fastest time ever.
(after it was off to the Jays game with Chantelle - a good end to an exciting day.....not to mention the deep fried cheesecake - whoaH!)
