Flower Friday

At choir practice on Monday we commented on the lovely roses in the church garden, but they needed dead heading. This is how one lot of roses looked today - the gardener had been doing his rounds :-).  Lots of rain on and off and forecast for all next week too by the look of things.  Still - better than the searing heat in Europe - think we escaped from Italy just in time - 34 degrees with high humidity was more than enough for me!  Tittle Tattle and book club this morning.  Then our postponed visit to a Thai restaurant this evening - very nice too!
