Birthday cakes

I just wanted to include this collection of tinyfruiit flans made by my daughter in law  (one for each persoin at the picnic.  
a fruit flan is my favorite cake -  a  pastry base, sliver of chocolate, filling of custard, then  berries in season & drizzle of toffee.   It was one of many surprises.    Scones with jam and cream were an extra!
