I thought we had got away with no rain today until late afternoon a huge monsoon hit! Crazy weather but it did give me a blip as I had nothing. 

Met mum for a coffee today, another 'just do it and get it over with' scenario. I ended up shopping for a mattress as I was aware my current one has lost its firmness in places  and could be contributing to my back issues. A lot I lay on, I knew instantly they were too soft, but eventually found a firm orthopaedic one, the same kind as my current one. 

Home to sleep and lie on sofa, until the rain woke me.
