Sardines

I was on the bus from Market harborough to Northampton today. It might be the most packed bus I've ever been on. There were even two children and a dog riding in the luggage rack. Was it within the regulations? I don't know, but when there's only one bus an hour, I suppose the driver was reluctant to leave anyone stranded, specially in the wild and wet weather.
