Rain at Last

A busy Saturday for me. I drove to my mother’s house for a lengthy interview by a medical expert from her care insurance company, to find out whether she is now entitled to a higher care category (which would mean a little more money from the insurance, but still only a small fraction of the actual monthly costs).

I stayed for lunch and a coffee, before going to the gym, and home again after some grocery shopping. It was still quite hot and humid then, but in the afternoon the heatwave ended for us - with a wild and noisy thunderstorm and 15mm of very welcome rain.
