This is OCBC volunteer Jim outside our shop; I just asked him for a shot and he was ok with it. Actually asking people and taking semi-posed pictures like this is a rare thing for me, so even though this deviates from my proposed purpose of taking more "compositiony" shots, I let this one pass.

Also all the other picture I took on the 7th were awful.

I had envisioned this as a black and white shot, and it looked very nice, but I like it in color too. Any thoughts?
