Slaty Skimmer

I have gone to the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens every year for the past 8 years for the Lotus Festival and it is always a treat.  Today was exceptionally nice as it was cool (relatively speaking) and breezy.  It is early in the Lotus season so there will still be many weeks of blooming.  As I have what seems like a lifetime's worth of Lotus photos, I spent a little more time with the abundant dragonflies.
