Teenager

Still can't get over the fact that little baby Noah is now a teenager! He's the subject of today's blip as he's threatening to get a drastic haircut soon and might got for a total baldy. I'm not precious about his hair, I used to be when he was wee and I would let it grow into a mass of blond curls then his dad would shave it all off once a year. Now, he can do what he likes and if the boy wants a baldy he can have a baldy. He'll probably suit it anyway,I suspect that, like his sister, he can carry off any look.

We all went out or lunch today once everyone was up and it was nice to dine al fresco en famille. After lunch we took a drive up Cornalees, past the cut and round Loch Thom, it was glorious in the sunshine and you could see for miles when we came down off the moor back into Greenock. We stopped for an ice cream at the Esplanade Cafe and enjoyed the sunshine.

Everyone is off tomorrow but I have to work. I'm owed a day from last Friday so I'm taking the morning off tomorrow for boring chores like grocery shopping and going to the dentist. The time off is actually stressing me out as all I can think about is the amount of work I have to do. I've already started breaking down my tasks into things I MUST do before the holidays and those that can wait til the summer.

Scary how time flies!
