Krustenbraten

Krustenbraten (roast pork with crispy rind).

This was tonight's dinner entrée on the ship in honor of our last day in Bavaria (or Franconia if you ask the locals). We spent the day in Würzburg. The Residenz (palace of the prince-bishop) was unexpectedly stunning and over-the-top for being in a city I had never heard of before booking this cruise.
