Charity Golf Day

I took part in a Charity Golf Competition day, in aid of The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. It is in memory of a dear parishioner and friend. The weather wasn't particularly kind to us and it was rather wet, although not as wet as last time. We had a fabulous day and played well. It was a texas scramble with a shotgun start. I usually play 9 holes so 18 holes is a stretch. By the 14th I was beginning to ache! 

We completed the round and went in to change, I was soaked to the skin. We then had a lovely 2 course meal, followed by the raffle and auction. A great day for a great cause.
