Not exactly Crufts

These dogs aren't going to win any prizes at Crufts but this was part of some wholesome afternoon fun at Charnes Village Fete where we had all gathered to celebrate the birthday of a good friend.

I very nearly won a meat hamper in skittles but was beaten by the retired gardener of the stately home where the fete was held. Cheated.

Other than this we had fun at the WI cake stall, coconut shy, welly wanging and elderflower cordial stand. It doesn't get more British than this - who said I wasn't patriotic?
