In the gardens at lunchtime

We're meant to keep the dogs on the lead from 1200-1600 in the summer in the gardens.  I am slightly out of order as I only do it if somebody else is in the garden.  When asked why this was not acceptable I was previously told that "there might be somebody thinking of going into the gardens and this might put them off if they don't like dogs".  Ho hum

On another note, thanks to everyone for nice comments about my 36 hours in hospital.  Scotland NHS was top quality and I felt lucky to be in their hands.
