Today we went to see our friends, the one with ALS and her husband. We used to live 1/2 hour from each other but we have both moved and now it’s an almost two hour drive through the country. But we had a great visit. She is deteriorating and tires quickly so they will be prioritizing their time now to spend with their children and grandchildren.  Make every day, you never know what tomorrow holds.
