Cocktail suggestions?

I am doing a clear out of nearly finished bottles. Any ideas on what cocktail I might make?

Some I have decided are just too old. I think the Pernod falls into that category.

I have however come across a half bottle of 1958 Macallan 80% proof (not pictured) which I got from my late godmother’s house. There has been some discolouration from the cork but I hope it can be sipped in due course. Unopened and full it would be worth a pretty penny.
